Both Hands Full | The garden isn't broken. it just hasn't broken through yet.

Hey Friend,

I planted my garden weeks ago.

Every morning I walk outside with my coffee and look for something to be different. Some things have sprouted. Some haven't. One tomato plant seems determined to prove me wrong. The peppers look like they're still deciding if they even want to participate.

If I judged my garden by what I could see today, I'd probably think I was wasting my time.

But here's what I keep coming back to: the garden doesn't care if I check on it every day. It doesn't reward anxious hovering. It rewards people who keep showing up, watering, weeding, waiting, even when there's nothing visible to show for it yet.

Marketing is frustratingly similar.

Every blog post. Every newsletter. Every Pinterest pin. Every quiet Tuesday morning when you show up anyway and do the work even though the numbers haven't moved.

You're growing roots before anyone sees fruit.

And somewhere, someone is reading. Saving your email. Bookmarking your post. Thinking, "maybe when I'm ready." You just don't know it yet.

I've been building something for interior designers who are tired of the content hamster wheel, something that makes the showing up feel less random and a lot more intentional. It's almost ready. More on that very soon.

But for now, as my dear friend Nicole says: you are not behind. You are right where you need to be.

WORTH YOU TIME

If consistency has been on your mind lately, this one's worth the read.

LITTLE JOY

I've been carrying this harvest basket around the garden every morning hoping to be able to put something in it. No plastic, holds up to actual use, fits nicely in the hand, and looks good on the kitchen counter when I bring things in. One of those purchases that just makes being outside a little more enjoyable.

What are you quietly growing right now?

Hit reply and tell me, your secret is safe with me!

Keep Shining,
Jackie
